We endeavor to ship all items within 2-3 business days of ordering. Please keep in mind you are shopping on the ZÓCALO Australia store shopzocalo.com.au so all items ordered from this store will ship from our Australia location. CUSTOMS: 

ZÓCALO is not responsible for any customs charges that mat incur upon arrival. Understanding your countries import laws and thresholds is important, and can be found on your countries government customs website. If you have concerns about what you might be charged upon arrival, please feel free to message us and we will try our best to help.

We are also unable to know all the rules and regulations of each country for import. It is best to check on your governments import page, to see if certain items are banned from entering. Failure to do this, will not be the responsibility of ZOCALO. 

RETURNS:
